i had some issues. the room i was assigned had a loud air conditioning unit. it was difficult to sleep. i requested a different room, but the staff said none were available. the front desk staff were rude. they blamed me for the problem. this.

terrible noise not soundproof
The location was convenient. It was near to places i wanted to visit.
The noise from the street was terrible. i couldn't sleep well at all. It sounded like ambulances all night. the room was not soundproof at all. the room felt more like a 4-star than a 5-star. The noise was unacceptable.

spacious room excellent facilities quality toiletries
I stayed in a Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite. The room size was substantial, providing ample space. The minibar had excellent options, and the bathroom included quality toiletries. (The bellhops were very helpful.)

Excellent Stay
separate area sofa bed easy access
The suite had a separate living area with a sofa bed (perfect for families). The location was convenient, with easy access to many places. The staff were quick, they dealt with everything efficiently. Check-in and check-out were very fast.
The rooms, while renovated, felt a little smaller than expected.

The gym had modern equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes. It allowed for a good workout. There was a business center open 24 hours a day. It provided computers and printing services needing to work remotely.

Breakfast included a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes (the pancakes were a highlight!). The restaurant offered a kids' menu with several options. The bar had an extensive cocktail list.

satisfactory stay, some drawbacks
convenient location friendly staff daily housekeeping small bathroom terrible coffee lacking counter
i found the location convenient. many attractions are nearby. the staff was friendly. the room size was substantial. housekeeping services happened daily. i thought that was great!!!
the bathroom was very small. counter space was definitely lacking. the coffee from the keurig machine was terrible. i think they should at least add milk cartons in the fridge.
